The Harpoon is an extremely consistent, versatile, and reliable midrange. Whatever task is at hand, the Harpoon can handle it. Apply power and it will hold whatever line you put it on. Victor plastic is a grippy, tacky, flexible blend. It is a high quality plastic that is best meant for putting. Victor plastic is the softer version of the Victor plastic series (Victor 2 is more firm). While manufactured in Texas, it is more comparable to MVP's Electron plastic. Victor plastic floats in water!
