The Ghost is an overstable midrange disc with a healthy amount of glide. The Ghost has a substantial amount of low speed fade. This disc is good for accurate approach shots, when you account for the hooking flight pattern. 

Excel plastic is rigid with a great grip. It's an affordable plastic that will break in quickly.
