Putters are slower-flying, deeper-rimmed, more accurate discs that players use to finish holes at short distances. Putters can also be used to throw upshots and approaches. Putters typically have a speed range of 1-3 with approach discs around speed 4. Most amateur players throw putters for shots maxing out at around 200 feet/61 meters but advanced and pro players use them at much longer distances.
